This is a picture that our neighbor's mom took from out near the airport, of the HUGE funnel cloud that was hovering over Rapid City. We were in our house, and the storm was crazy - huge hail, high winds, amazering amounts of water, and then suddenly that all stopped and it sounded like a jet airplane was hovering over our house for about 2 minutes....apparently it was this funnel cloud. CRAZY HUH???!!!! We felt pretty lucky after seeing this picture, and all the damage that did occur all over the city.
